I think it is very clear from what they wrote that they want Tesla's advertising practices, such as calling their driver aids "Full Self-Driving" to stop, since it creates a false impression.
They have to find a way to get the taxpayer foot the bill, or the grift is going to end
They can put whatever symbol they want on it, it's all going into the washer. It that kills the object, it's defective, and I'm going to demand my money back.
Imagine paying the kind of prices that car manufactures demand, and then they shove ads in your face on your own property. I would drive it back to the dealership & demand a refund.
