PPD often isn't immediately after giving birth, such as the case we're talking about. It can take days, weeks, months to set in. And the state doesn't run the hospitals

AI is a "trust but verify" tool. Sometimes it's really wrong, usually it's right. Never take what it says at face value (which, as you pointed out, is the same way to treat a stranger on the internet)
