Anyone seriously debating point 5 needs help, that one is a highspeed ticket towards AI psychosis. LLMs are a health hazard for anyone battling loneliness.
Point 4 is subjective, but given the context of how those generated pictures came to be and what harm they're now causing I'm not up for a debate about that either.

I looked for red checkmarks to show what's good and what's bad, but those don't exist.
When cats are stressed (usually meaning they're either really sick or you've screwed up) they may poop anywhere. Also an issue with kittens who haven't learned it yet.

Oracle's infrastructure will still have value, however that doesn't mean the company can't crash and burn for its assets to eventually be sold. To my knowledge Oracle, by now, is basically dependent on OpenAI contracts financially. If OpenAI falters Oracle wouldn't be able to survive without someone even bigger stepping in and keeping them afloat.
