Man this economy is so broken. There's way too much money out there. I get that apple has ridiculous margins but it isn't worth THIS much. There's too much money being invested in securities compared to how much shit we get done (economic output, which ≈ profit).

This is the most efficient way when you're burning a fuel, any fuel, always. Otherwise the machine wouldn't capture the waste heat.
