The flags are facing the correct direction. On US military uniforms, on the right shoulder, flags are mirrored as if the person was walking forward and the flag was blowing behind them.

Sometimes that won't protect you from getting a speeding ticket.
Seedvault doesn't backup apps whose developer chooses not to let you back them up. It doesn't backup the encrypted keystore or the tee. It misses a lot, because Android fundamentally puts developers above users.
