IDK, I have a kid and nowadays there is OS level filters. Router level filters. The only wah my kid is getting around this stuff is if they guess my password. I mean.. Good luck my password vault password is over 20 characters long and I don't even know the others as a result.

My experience as a parent is parents telling themselves it's too hard too too complicated to do the basics like turn on parental controls and configure it. I can't do anything if my kid looks at YouTube, plays roblox or whatever on some other kid's device, but at least I can do harm reduction same my parents and the harm of the day.

I hate these laws because often I'm forced to either allow my kid access to everything or nothing not even the stuff I want to teach her slowly how to safely use. These laws are the worst because I lost control because other parents can't be bothered to turn on baked in parental controls, have decent passwords and/or listen to whining.
