Cheaper to get politicians to rule in your favour.
Pluto, Plex, Tubi already did that + live tv streaming.
They never had a problem with it.
See Windows and Mac.

I have a PS4, there's enough games to pirate that I haven't played yet that I don't need to get a PS5 yet.
Didn't say you had to, it's going to depend where the game is sold.
The preferred platform is of course buying directly from the developer.
Consoles are the same.
Being able to crack a steam game doesn't make it physical media.
Just make sure you only buy games from whatever platform is less popular at the time of purchase.
Mac (I think), iOS, and Android do.
