Ponzi Schemes work, just not for the people who expect it to. When this scam reveals itself it's the worlds major economies getting rug pulled and irreparable climate damage being done.

This technology is the equivalent to oil from snakes, it is a problem.
The less access to AI, the better. These fucking slopbots produce liability in exchange for a third of our electricity, fuck em all straight to hell. I wish the Chinese would ban the US bots, too, if they haven't yet.
I had to think about it for a bit but this is good news because it means less power consumed and CEOs will see it as US workers being more competitive (although AI doesn't actually have any capability to compete with human work, but CEOs don't know that).
Honestly the very nature of Propaganda is right-wing as it leans into authoritarianism and against truth and rationality. Example: Right-Wing Dictatorship China.
Yeah, in a market economy if they all started dropping prices it would just be a race to the bottom, which is good for some tenants but will probably result in less repairs and could lead to some properties going bankrupt and being bought out by larger companies.
The real value in these properties is equity, as in how much profit they will be able to realize upon sale, while the continued operations up to that point are a budgetary tightrope walk.

For the unaware, the entirety of FO:NV development could be considered "crunch time" because the studio, Obsidian, got royally screwed on the contract to make the game instead of the main Bethesda studio(s).
The result is that the game originally had some plan for vehicles, most of which never made it past concept, but never got implemented. So, in order to make a moving Tram to ride into vegas from the south, if you somehow manage to complete an obscure and somewhat buggy sidequest to stop it from getting blown up, they just made the Tram an NPC which physically runs along the track. It works surprisingly well.
