Yes that's true. But I think if I would sue someone it could have some weight but for this you have to know it, proove it and sue someone. I would wear it more as a statement.

Take a look at OVMS (open vehicle monitoring system). I use it since I have an EV because I don't want to pay for "connected services".

I need a lot of tshirts with writing, that i do not consent to picture, audio capture, capture of biometrics from me and so on. Maybe here in Europe it may help a little.
