They’ve been hiding behind the chicken tax, aggressively marketing high margin pickup trucks that only appeal to the local market for decades.

They only make 40% of cars sold in USA. Chinese EVs may push them over the edge but they’ve been teetering there since the Japanese invasion in the late 1980s.

For mobile

I initially thought this was an argument for electron/PWA bullshit. “Why is eating 2GB of RAM and has no locally loaded content?”

When companies are pushing apps as hard as they usually are, I assume there’s a benefit to them and not to me.

Removing parking to improve accessibility for bicycles, transit, and pedestrians - great.

Just putting up parking fees everywhere - not great.

The asshats for some reason felt that they needed to reinvent it as basically a web app and it’s broken in so many ways, and I think it’s lost feature parity with mobile and Mac instead of gaining. Sheer incompetence.
