It's the same reason why other tech companies are falling too, like alphabet. The giant spending on AI surprised the market, which is strange, since it hasn't been a secret. But the stock market is always over-reacting, which is why it's easy to make money long term.

People without experience get scared and sell their stocks, until they get the needed experience to either sell and buy something on the way up, or don't sell and wait it out.

You can make money off the stock market just as they do. I'm doing it.

Although I don't short stocks. I just buy and hold.

I think it will go a lot faster than that personally, but depends on what we mean. Are we talking fully autonomous robots walking around inside our houses, carrying out tasks? That will take much longer than just some model that is like Alexa, standing in a corner..

We will probably see guard robots who can guard areas as a first step. Just watching and monitoring areas and being able to walk and report. Very basic.

But yeah we will see. Wish I could say it's exciting but I think its just going to make humanity worse... We don't get happier with tech, just more isolated and sad.

Nope. All this will continue with robotics. They will need a lot of memory, cpu and Ai capabilities and will connect to datacenters.

Its dystopia being built here. Nothing will stop it. This is literally run top down from billionaries and they can't be voted away.

There may also be a trend with spy glasses or clothes or other stuff that people will wear. Trans humanism is popular in pervo circles. Merging with machines. Implants. All of this is driving demand for tech.

Nocody will "like" them in a couple of hours. We may have a national crisis on our hands.

We have all seen Tesla go through massive ups and downs. I think its possible it will go up, but I wouldn't wait for it. Smarter to put it into other stocks.

I'm happy to see it, but the headlines of how much money vanishes are ridiculous. Why isn't it equally news-worthy when it goes up then, gaining 1 trillion in value without anything happening in the company?

It's like the market thinks it's completely normal for companies to just increase in value but when they decrease, it's suddenly losing money. What?

It's all speculation! Nothing is real about stock prices. No actual money is gained or lost. Only in our own heads, because we believe that number on the screen.

Next week the company could be worth twice this amount, or half this amount, if some big news shows up. Because it's just fantasy. Speculation.

You can make real money by buying low and selling high, but its still just a game. Just numbers.

People like this would be shot. People would group together and hire gunmen to get rid of criminals in the old west.

Of course their security was just a few body guards and that's it. Nobody was living in high tech buildings separate from everyone else.

I think the glasses are worse since they will film you up close, anywhere, and end up on social media to laugh at or to jerk off to.

This is a product that should not be allowed to be distributed to the public. But we live in an age where decency and respect for others is low.

Just think how safe the world would be if everyone was monitored 24 hours per day, for their safety of course.
