There are PC tools to get around steam DRM. If the time comes where I need to use them, I will. Until then I'll support steam or gog and the game creators one way or the other the goal is to play the games I want and support the people who make them.

They hired the guy who was making ports and recoding sonic games on other systems better than the official 'sega emulator on a console' game packages (Christian Whitehead). It was pretty great to see.
