Episode idea:
George gets accidentally charged for the deluxe car wash instead of the standard one and spends the rest of the episode trying to sneak in a free deluxe to make up for it, but gets charged every time. Elaine is dragged into his shenanigans, but keeps backstabbing him to make good with the hot car wash attendant.
Jerry "falls in love" with a customer at said car wash, but doesn't get her name, and only has her ticket stub mentioning her car model to find her again.
Kramer enlists Newman to create their own car wash service, directly across the street.
If you pay more then 16 quarters for a car wash you're getting ripped off for a fancy water show.
