Even better, don't have a rotation animation at all.
It is nice for seeing which way the rotation is happening.
This is basic SRP. A button press now does a rotate, an animation and a haptic feedback. It should only do the rotate. Like the article mentions, you can skip simply the animation is you press it very quickly. The animation and the haptic feedback should be a skippable side effect.
If you're a bottom, you have one job.
