In most other companies with a proper justice system that would be possible but in America they have a known convicted criminal protecting them.
Why making an accent on AI? Shouldn't it be "Make companies criminally liable for the harm they did"? Arbitrary exceptions are harmful. Killing with axe is 15 years, but killing with hammer is only 13 years. But if the hammer handle is green then 16 years. Be careful.
