A JUDGE? That will DEFINITELY stop these Companies! Especially when JUDGES are known to Give SWIFT Consequences to ANYONE who Ignores them!

It should be noted that this (obviously) will not stop kalshi or polymarket. In fact, the federal government - the CFTC in particular - is teaming up with Kalshi and suing Washington (as well as 8 OTHER STATES) to stop them from trying to regulate prediction markets. This list will undoubtedly grow as 14 states are currently attempting to curb prediction markets on the state level. The party of small government everyone!!

There's probably a betting market on Kalshi on whether they comply or not 😂
