The dude worked with customer relations (LE) and likely saw the presentations and documentation that instructed LEOs how to lie about this system in order to trick public officials into buying it... He was also around well into the days Flock knowingly gave ICE and CBP data to track down anyone who is brown or protesting fascism... He also was around as it was revealed that Flock was fine with LEOs using the data to track down those getting abortions and ex girlfriends across state lines (both illegal btw).
