A unit of cultural information, such as a cultural practice or idea, that is transmitted verbally or by repeated action from one mind to another

Here the meme is the idea that something isn't copyright when big corporations straight up pirate content for their AI to learn, while also claiming it escapes their containment. But then parodied and switched to a single person doing the same.
