Same judge ~~prosecuting~~ a student facing up to 15 years for making a joke about terrorism source.
This guy (probably) gets a leaner sentence because “omg my classmate” then comes some student who said “Netenyahu drop some bonbons on my uni” and she’s facing 15.
I know I’m exaggerating but I still think the situation is absurd.
Judges don't prosecute people. Prosecutors do. She literally has nothing to do with the charges being brought against defendants in her court. It's up to the prosecutors to file charges and persue cases like this.
