Actually the 'smart glasses' are illegal to use in Europe, as you cannot film people in the street without their consent. It's called privacy and reserve of image.
Europe is not a country and you can absolutely film in public in most countries that are part of Europe.
You can film in public but if anyone doesn't want to appear in the recording they can ask to be removed or even go to the authorities. And even if they do not request it and show up in a public display, they can open a case with the authorities.
You can always ask but you can't demand it. Taking photos of even a single individual without their consent in a public place is perfectly legal in most of Europe. What is not okay is publishing that image though even that isn't automatically illegal. If you're not the focus of the shot but you appear in the background in the crowd then that is okay to publish even if you say no.
Not quite correct. You are not allowed to specifically film people. You are allowed to film in public spaces when the people are just a "background" crowd.
Different countries have different rules. If you film in Germany then you need to blur the faces of people in the background if you want to show that video anywhere.
problem is US congress rats do absolutely nothing for us. vote those bums out
