Yeah the corporate bs has really hampered any practical use of these algorithms.
Totally false - maybe in some respects, but saying there's "no practical use" is indefensible.
I said "hampered any practical use" not "no practical use" maybe I should have left out the "any" but I never said absolutes, hampered means it's been made difficult.
clearly @MiddleAgesModem@lemmy.world consumes too much LLM content. their reading comprehension seems abysmal.
Apparently generating healthy recipes is "corporate bullshit".
Or maybe buzzwords are the only thing people care about here.
apparently AI has been a defined product that is used to describe solutions that are both intelligent and artificial for the past 40 years.
apparently AI has been used to ensure that commercial airlines maintain horizontal flight even when there is no pilot.
apparently AI has been used to determine where mechanical stress occurs on 3D models based on the material and environmental factors, leading to safer products.
but yeah no, go ahead and liken AI to an unintelligible LLM because "AI" totally needs to make recipes that include glue, sewer water, and cat shit.
I think you may have eaten a bit too much of the "AI" bullshit.
