What most people don't understand is that the more you push China with tariffs and sanctions, the more they will become self reliant - especially when it comes to technology. They will not roll over and curl up. Quite the opposite. Plus China sticks to their 5, 10, 15 and 25 year plans. And they have backup plans for their backup plans.
The USA is close, with a two-week concept of a plan.
Only while they can keep trump away from the plan.
And a hint of a quarterly guidance. The future beyond a quarter is an impenetrable frontier.
