Pretty sure it was made a federal crime. Also, there’s a little website, called X.com run by the world’s first (former) trillionaire that the government could shut down if they wanted to enforce the law. (It’s the most mainstream site violating the law.)
I sometimes don't quite understand why is a porn site used by government agencies to push news.
