No, I don't think it's a good idea, because someone will eventually notice that you're using it and you will face legal consequences.
I didn't say anything about people concerned about closennes being criminals just because of that. I said that those 2 groups likely overlap in a significant portion.
It's a good idea when the alternative is that person ending their life.

And again, what if it was for insulin instead?
Insulin usage is almost invisible.
I wasn't concerned because someone would be paing with closed money, but because they would be caught and punished according to the law in that place. If for them buying illegal HRT and potentially facing punishment is better than the alternative, they should do that.
This sentence doesn't imply that I think privacy is a crime by itself, I only think that the groups of closedness focused people and criminals overlap.
