What I am saying is that if landlords were just a little bit more human, fewer people would like me be suffering in their homes right now. It doesn't help the current housing crisis at all.
If you own a property and plan ahead these issues can be avoided easily, getting a proper AC or heatpump installed isn't really that expensive in the long-term but many are still refusing to do it or are putting it off unnecessarily.
