Well provided someone consents to "just" give you an egg (which may have moral issues but are far simpler by comparison) then yeah there's much less to navigate
This is the problem, men thinking is just an egg... Thing. But baby human being ? What about baby??? Like everyone's dream is to not have mother even the one who birthed that human being. How is abouts baby's psychological state knowing that s/he came from machine? Nah, there are no morality issues..
