Webcam snap on bad password, you'd have to write something. Make a service, watch the security events for failed login. I think you could do it, but it would be work.

Just edit PAM to run a script on fail if the attempt was hunter2. The script takes a photo with the webcam. I'm sure there's cli webcam utilities.

I remember having something like that on windows, but maybe it was the adware from the manufacturer, I don't remember
