More likely it will never be profitable because her great grandparents didn't enter the lemonade and beverages market seriously enough. So Coke Cola Europe rules the industry.
...actually looking into it, Pepsi owns 10% of the market, and Coke owns 5%... There's still some room for her if she has the right angle. She should probably try to disrupt the market somehow. Maybe make soda as a drug delivery system? She can piggy back on media hype like "Could this soda cure your diabetes?" Or perhaps custom targetted ads printed on cans? Maybe made-to-order taste sensation?
Tell her to get a degree in marketing and raise a billion dollars in VC money, she might have a chance still.
