Juicio in that sense means "good sense" not judgement.
So, like... wisdom.
In this case yes. The meme has some truth in it, in that juicio can also mean trial or judgement - it's just that no one would interpret it like that in this context.
Am Spaniard. I've always interpreted as trial/judgement. Maybe I'm just dumb. I haven't even though of "good sense" until reading this comment.
Say that again
In italian it's literally "Judgement theeth"
In Indonesian, it's "lastborn tooth".
Incidentally, we keep track of translations on Wiktionary, and we recently added a picture dictionary so you can see the names of the other teeth too. ^_^
Edit: Also, incisors in Japanese are "gate teeth", which I think is lovely.
