Edit: I understand it, your maths shows why the celebrity would leave their long-term partner as by their new standards, the partner would be 23 years too old
OP calls it the DiCaprio approach, but DiCaprio is known for breaking off relationships when they turn 25.
The joke is that the meme implies a 25 year old married for 30 years
