The Dutch say the final number before the second last. 23 in Dutch is pronounced 3 and 20, 64 is 4 and 60.
Annoying AF.
English still does this for numbers <20
Germanic languages also have fun names for 11 and 12, which basically mean "one left over" and "two left over".
So does Danish, they just add the weird math on top because they had to beat both French and German.
