It might sound like a dream, but these replacements aren't happening as long as the shareholders can't blame the AI when the company does something bad. They don't want to end up in prison.

No you're just overestimating executives, Ai's were good enough for this job in the 90's
"AI" from 90s video games, where you tell your unit to go build something and it gets stuck on the one tree in its path.
CEOs fall for it every time.
