Only a time travel movie can save it.

One of these drove by me the other day in a parking lot and it was just squeaking and creaking in a way you'd expect a 30 year old vehicle to sound, the thing is basically a half-finished prototype that I guess Musk just got sick of trying to make actually good because he knows that his cult chuds buying these things couldn't give a fuck if they are built properly or not.

Imagine being so dumb you manage to turn that kind of momentum into the electric Edsel

It truly does look like an "apocalypse-proof tank" in the sense that it resembles a cheesy "car of the future" slapped together with sheet metal for a low-budget sci-fi flick. I think they were channeling Damnation Alley.

Who would have thought a three year olds drawing of a car would have not resonated with the masses.

The design was meant to be controversial and it certainly got a lot of attention when it was first introduced. The reason that thing failed is that its performance was way worse than what was promised while costing a lot more.

If Breaking Bad came on the air now, Walter White would be driving the SwastitruKKK instead of the Aztek, which was the ugliest vehicle of all time, at the time.

I always figured there was an untold backstory of WW getting that Aztek, in which he goes into the dealership, and they instantly pegged him as malleable, so they pressured him into the fugliest vehicle on the lot, that NOBODY else would even look at. But he was too weak to resist the sales pitch, so he drove home in the horrible Aztek.

I always assumed he had the Aztek because they didn't have much money and it was a cheap used car.
