Number on is completely pointless if you’re taking good care of your battery. You shouldn’t be plugging it in until it’s nearly drained. It pops warnings at 20% and 10% that all I need to know. I don’t look at it otherwise.
Err pretty sure stressing a lithium battery below 20% lowers battery life
I had always heard that you’re supposed to drain it as much as possible before fully charging it. My phone is 7 years old and the battery still lasts a full day following that. I could be wrong though.
Depends on the battery, different tech has different best practices.
