I am out of the loop here, what is this?
South Korea - country
WW3 - currently only hypothetical war, the third one of world scale
Samsung terms and conditions: the terms and conditions Samsung wants people to sign in order for the people to use Samsung services, the company is based in South Korea
There's no fucking loop here, it's common knowledge with little fact one may deduce from the meme.
Yes, but does Samsung T&C actually have fighting for South Korea in case of a war?
It's just a joke on how people don't read the T&C and the stuff in them getting more and more draconian.
