I suspect getting the dates wrong is because websites ump their publish date when nothing has changed, which keeps them showing up in results for extended/indefinite periods.
Obviously Google should police that, but Google doesn’t use Google news I don’t think.
Why is Google even indexing YouTube and Reddit in Google News though
To train their AI on and now that they’ve got the goods they’ve kicked Reddit to the curb
