In which country other then USA is it common to hide the he bottle in a paper bag? Never saw this in real life.
In most countries it's perfectly legal to drink in public, if you're not driving of course, so it's a non-issue. In the US it's illegal most(?) places/cities, but if you put your drink in a paper bag the cops aren't legally allowed to check what's in it without a pat down/frisk warrant. That's my understanding of it at least.
