All hail the dystopian future, where countries don't need people to make babies, in fact, they oughtn't, as it decreases worker productivity. They can just order a steady amount of new ~~slaves~~ workers being born.
I don't know, sounds like a Brave New World in our near future
At least we'll have more time for orgies and mind-blowing drug trips, right?
