Peanut butter typically has a serving size of one or two tablespoons. That's entirely reasonable.

Just used a tablespoon of peanut butter right now. Pretty sure I've never used more than two unless I'm making a recipe for multiple people.

I'm actually a peanut butter purist. Only ingredients are peanuts and water.

I find a pinch of salt helps to bring out the flavour and accentuates the roast. It's got to be crunchy though.
