Suggested serving sizes have never been realistic. Manipulated by the manufacturer to make us think the food is lower in calories than it actually is.
In reality we all serve ourselves a fifth of a jar. List THOSE calories on the label please.
I think these things should at least have the total calories also listed, and not just from multiplying the (frequently rounded down) serving size calories.
