Even layman Autism tests are pretty crazy accurate even when self administered, for those who score high.

If you score high, don't pay. You're on the spectrum. Like 97%.

I always score borderline on autism tests but I've been told I have symptoms of adhd by my therapist so I wonder if they're cancelling each other out.

They can, yes. You'll need an experienced psychologist to diagnose that, probably. At least it's not me, too insecure to answer honestly, instead thinking about the "socially correct" answer, because mine would be either too telling or a cringe reference.
