The problem with bitch is that the meaning changes a lot depending on if it's a man or a woman who is the target.
I don't see a problem. If a man is a bitch, he's a bitch, If a woman is a bitch, she's a bitch! Science, YEAH!
There was a great South Park episode about the term "removed" getting a new officially accepted meaning of "a loud annoying biker", so that you could distinguish annoying loud bikers farting around on their harleys, and nice gay people.
