Drops Kong toy filled with peanut butter smothered dog treats and carrots in front of dog with stick...
I tried a Kong toy with my dog & he was not impressed. "WTF is this nonsense? Just give me the treats!" To be fair, he wasn't into sticks either.
I think your dog is ~~detective~~ defective. You might take it back for repairs. Could be a faulty dewhicky.
