If an American kills an American it's a crime
If a Chinese op kills an American it's warfare
Perhaps stick to killing yourselves instead
America is already doing more harm to itself than any external nation is, so you don't have to worry if you want it's people to suffer.
Ah yes, you say we should do multiple times more harm to people who commit self harm, is that your moral philosophy?
