Opening for the Matrix. Sitting in a packed theater. Phone rings, Trinity dashes for it, picks up the line and the truck smashes through the booth.
Theater was dead silent, everyone was in awe.
I called out damn, should have used *69 got a decent uproar of laughter.
(iykyk, iydk, *69 on a landline used to call back the last person that called you. It was all over commercials.)
I also have theatre joke story.
Opening for Jurassic Park. Packed theatre too. Triceratops is sick scene where they go to look at the droppings.
This scene comes up:
My younger brother who was probably 6 or 7 yells out "That's even bigger than mine!" and the whole theatre bursts out laughing!
I, as a kid, once said in a cinema "woah, that's a huge TV".
My parents and uncles wanted to go underground lmao.
