It used to be DNS. Now slop commits and shoddy QA are more likely.

Not the entire thing but there were some characters in there that were meant to be trans. Switch, for example, but the studios cut it.

I used it a handful of times for some different things, but given that powershell can interface with the WMI namespace, it basically became superfluous.

We should have been deploying nuclear much earlier and then augment with renewables. Once energy storage technology matured more you could phase out nuclear plants.

automatically dispense food

Okay

use an app to set it up

Makes sense

cloud outage caused missed feedings

wtf? Doesn’t the thing have an internal clock? Doesn’t it just set a cron job? Seriously, if you want to farm data all day long, do that and just send it back. But if having to be online to do its core function is required, that’s extremely poor design.

I know you’re sounding edgy, but the answer is “a lot”. My entire family and I have probably a good 30+ friends that are active (weekly or more) on it.

Really? Here’s one for you. I have a UPS on my computer and another one on my network equipment. I can run for about 45 minutes with no power and still be online. I’ve actually worked through 15 minute power outages before without skipping a beat.

Yeah component cables (the RGB ones) could be mixed up and man did it make for some psychedelic pictures.

Got it on a 4-series petrol.

Truth. I have a broker and every year before my renewal she price shops every provider to keep giving me the lowest price. Before that, my car insurance had steadily creeped up almost 50% higher than everything I was quoted. Do I have to change apps and remember who I’m with every year? Yes, but I’ve saved a lot of money in the process.

Back up and wipe your phone before you cross the border. That way if they want to look at it, feel free to hand it to them. When you get back home, restore the backup.

Also consider getting a throwaway phone if they try to keep it.

Police can only arrest so many

Not for lack of trying. Why do you think ICE is hurrying to build out all their concentration camps.
