Had/was kinda implied this is a thing that happened a while ago. They could probably do something like "Netflix suing for..." and "Netflix being sued for...", but the confusion is probably intentional for clicks.

That coin flip never would have happened though, because a coin doesn't spend years putting delusions in your head about being your best friend, lover, and god, and that you need to kill yourself to come back a pure and perfect being.
