While Germany relaxed its gaming rules in 2018, allowing modern entries like The New Order to go uncut in 2019, Grey Matter’s 2001 classic remained stuck in censorship limbo until now.

I guess the laws did

I imagine this would show up as texture pop in as often they will load the lower resolution textures first while the higher resolution ones load in, which wouldn’t shown up in n average framerate graph. I’d like to see a frametime plot as well as 1% lows don’t really tell enough of the picture for stuftering.

It works by insulting the part you want to hide and conducting the surrounding heat around it. It doesn’t really work for anything that generates a lot of heat as it will just build up so it wouldn’t work for something anywhere near as hot as a jet engine or rocket.

Author seems like an ass. Oh how dare Apple encrypt its users data instead of allowing it to be scanned by a third party tool. Maybe you should target the publicly exposed pedophile ring instead of trying to further destroy everyone’s privacy.

Why don’t you read the very first line of the cd article I linked.

The compact disc (CD) is a digital optical disc data storage format co-developed by Philips and Sony to store and play digital audio recordings

What makes a cd digital is that it encodes digital information, ones and zeroes. That doesn’t change whether it was pressed at a factory or burned. There are optical discs that have an analog component like laserdisc, which is probably what the optical disc article is referring to, but that wasn’t on op’s list.

Go actually learn how the formats work before talking out of your ass.

What are you even on about man I never said vinyl is digital, that is obviously an analog format. Here’s the Wikipedia page for cds though saying that they’re digital in the very first line.

Pressed and burned optical media are different in how they physically make the pattern the laser reads, yes, but they both encode digital data. A vinyl record is not but that wasn’t on op’s list.

Well yes that’s what I assumed they meant, a non-download cart wouldn’t be just a license, it would be the license and the game data

Less thanks to inflation and more due to scalpers who will buy them and flip them on ebay if they’re not

Some of them, not all of them iirc
